  Just eaten lunch in the restaurant at these premises. We are sorry to say we were thoroughly disappointed. Firstly there was a long wait for the food, then the fish pie arrived in the smallest ramikin/ finger bowl I’ve ever seen, with a small bowl of peas. The pie was small with dry mash and dry fish underneath. The frozen peas were well boiled, although I could buy and boil 13 bags of peas to cover that disappointment myself at home for the price of the meal.. We are people who regularly eat in the area and never feel the need to complain. At £11.50 for this dish We feel we must let others know about our poor experience. We did mention to a woman who looked like a head waitress/ front of house who just said “Ah yes it is a bit small”. We were then presented with the bill. Nothing amended or any offer of gratitude to make up for the concern. We are both hard working people who will not be giving this establishment any more of our custom.
